The literal translation is "I alive".
The meaning of it is "Cool". It became a buzzword from lines of Korean movie "War of the crime," in addition, "여전 하네 / Yeo jeon hane / as usual but I" it can be used when you want to convey the feeling of "아직 그대로네 / A jik gu de ro ne / still I'm as is".
