"Military president" is "군통령"(kun-tong-nyŏng) in Korean.
Things exist hugely popular among the military. It is compound word of 군 (gun) "army", and 통령 (Tongryeon) which is 대통령 (Detongryeon. Such as idol visiting mainly in the consolation performances is called in this way.
