"Excessive packaging; nitrogen package snack" is "질소과자"(chil-sso-gwa-ja) in Korean.
It is compound word of 질소 (Jilso, nitrogen) and 과자 (Gwaja, sweets). Words nitrogen to put in order to protect the sweets was filling dissatisfaction of consumers by too much more than the content. When buying a nitrogen, sweets has become a hot topic and much say in comes as a bonus, in the sense of irony.
