Mul gogi bang (물고기방) refers to neologism of the Internet cafe. It is the compound word of Mul gogi (물고기/fish) and 방 (bang / room). Originally Internet cafe referred to as "PC room (PC 방)," but the sound of the PC (피시 is similar to the word Fish (피쉬) there for it called in this way. And "수족관 (Su jok gwan / Aquarium)" is refers to game.
