"No answer" is "노답"(no-dap) in Korean.
It literally means "answer is not" in the sense of 답이 없다 (Dapeopda). It is a compound word of the negation of the English 'No' and 답 is a (answer). No answer for solving the occurred events, that is, since it is no way of dealing, which is used in the sense of "do not let, so there is no rake."
